• Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within three business days of receipt of merchandise.
• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. All returned products must be in the original packaging material and deemed to be in resalable condition.
• In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA form ( Return Merchandise Authorization ). Click here. (Form will download)
• We recommend you ship via insured ground with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
• Refunds will be minus the cost of shipping.

Return For Manufacturer Warranty

• We offer a LIFETIME warranty on our LED grow lights. For any LED claim, 5 or more LED modules must be nonfunctioning before a claim can be submitted.
